Return & Exchange Policy

At MidtownLamp, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in a resellable condition.
  • Include original packaging, lamp shade, all components, and any complimentary items (e.g., light bulbs).
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@midtownlamp.com with your order number and photos or videos of the item(s).
  2. Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and schedule a pickup.
  3. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect your return within 3–5 business days and issue a refund or process an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is for customer reasons (wrong item ordered, address issue, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping, typically ranging from $50–$100 depending on package size.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days of inspection. If you do not receive your refund after 5 business days, please:

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us. If payment has been made and the item has not shipped, a full refund will be issued. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and our return policy applies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us at support@midtownlamp.com and we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for return or refund.
