At MidtownLamp, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our lighting products and strive to deliver your order quickly and securely. Every lamp is thoroughly inspected and professionally packed—often in reinforced wooden crates—to ensure safe transit.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (fulfilled Monday–Sunday).
All items are quality-checked and partially pre-assembled before shipping.
Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time, Chicago are processed the following business day.

Sea freight may be used for oversized or heavy items. Total delivery time = Processing time (1–3 business days) + Shipping time. Delivery windows can vary by destination and logistics conditions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. For express shipments via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, real-time tracking will be available on the courier’s site.

Package Inspection & Damage Reporting

Upon delivery, please:

Compare items with the packing list.
Inspect for visible damage or defects.
Contact us within 48 hours if items are missing or damaged.

Return shipping is free for qualifying returns—please retain original packaging for returns or damage claims.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to customs, carrier congestion, or severe weather. If your shipment is delayed, email support@midtownlamp.com and we will assist promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. MidtownLamp is not responsible for failed or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Taxes & Duties

All product prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties for domestic (U.S.) orders. No additional fees will be charged at delivery for U.S. orders.
